Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Curvy Lane, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags/invoice intact.
One-time Exchange: Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Handling Charges:
Exchange/Return Charges: A ₹200/- per product charge applies to cover forward & return courier costs.
Customers can self-ship the product to avoid handling charges.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item: If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please upload a clear unboxing video with your return request. In such cases, return shipping is free.
Color Difference: Please note that a 10–12% color variation may occur due to screen resolution & lighting. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted for this reason.
Sale/Offer Items: Items purchased during Clearance Sale, Flash Sale or any another offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Sizes 6XL & 7XL and Customized Order: Since these are made-to-order, no return, refund, or exchange is allowed.
Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and we offer only size exchange.
Refund Policy
Approval Process: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 4–5 working days (for prepaid orders).
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as a coupon code, valid for 3 months. Return handling charges (₹200/-) will be deducted.
Partial Refunds: May be issued if items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our fault.
Non-refundable Items: Promo codes, gift vouchers, or discount vouchers used in the order will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing at no extra cost.
Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can raise a return request as per our policy.
Undelivered Products
If you receive an SMS/Email stating your order is delivered but you haven’t received it:
First, check with neighbours/family.
If still not found, contact us at support@curvylane.in and WhatsApp us on 9099930155
within 24 hours.
We will investigate and arrange redelivery if required.
Self-Shipping Instructions
If your pin code is non-serviceable for pickup, or if you wish to avoid handling charges, please self-ship your product to:

Items must be securely packed in original condition with tags & invoice.
Once we receive and verify your return, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours (prepaid → bank transfer, COD → coupon code).
This policy is in place to reduce fake orders and streamline delivery operations.
